In IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE), we drive internal customer success and technology enablement across Gilead. We are seeking an IT Communications Specialist to develop and deploy internal workplace campaigns and materials, including end-user communications, guides, and other assets. Your goal is to ensure a great technology experience for employees at Gilead. You will work closely with CSE leads and the team to support various key initiatives across the enterprise, translating complex technical updates into clear, engaging narratives for our internal audience.
This is a 12-month hybrid assignment based in Raleigh, NC. Qualified candidates should submit their application with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing and editing skills, particularly in internal communications or IT contexts.
