About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Sourcer to independently build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles, including positions requiring security clearances and specialized IT expertise. This role is designed to engage passive candidates through multi-channel outreach, conduct initial qualification screenings, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with evolving workforce needs.
As a Technical Sourcer, you will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to strengthen hiring outcomes and enhance the organization's employer brand within the government contracting space. You will work independently with general supervision to set objectives, identify problems, and recommend enhancements to systems and processes to improve effectiveness within the job area.
This position is fully remote.
