About the Role
Maximus is currently seeking a Technical Sourcer to independently build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles. The Technical Sourcer will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to strengthen hiring outcomes and enhance the organization's employer brand within the government contracting space. This role is essential for ensuring that pipelines for positions requiring security clearances and specialized IT expertise are consistently populated with high-quality talent.
