The role is pivotal in strengthening hiring outcomes and enhancing the organization's employer brand within the government contracting space. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to secure candidates requiring security clearances and specialized IT expertise, ensuring the pipeline meets organizational goals while maintaining accurate ATS/CRM records and compliance with OFCCP and EEO guidelines.
