- check_circleManage and distribute OEM technical documentation including Service Bulletins and Tech Memos
- check_circleLead technical submittals and communications for design challenges and supplier nonconformities
- check_circleInvestigate customer complaints and drive corrective actions for product issues
- check_circleCommunicate design issues across suppliers, OEMs, and internal cross-functional teams
- check_circleManage technical documentation and reporting including Customer and Source Problem Reports
- check_circlePrepare work scope tool lists and maintain configurator data for Customer Service
- check_circleAct as primary technical interface with OEM teams to resolve design and obsolescence issues
- check_circlePrepare reports and updates for leadership and management meetings
- check_circleSupport Purchasing and Quality with supplier selection, evaluation, and training on specifications
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aeronautical, Industrial) or 5+ years of related experience
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&T (ANSI Y14.5)
- verifiedExperience with CAD systems (AutoCAD, CATIA, UG preferred)
- verifiedProficiency with standard computer applications and reporting tools
