About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on passive technical talent. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position where you will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP. You will play a key part in the continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
