We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead program execution and manage stakeholders and dependencies for our uLED backplane silicon programs, spanning from early development to high-volume manufacturing. As a Display Silicon TPM, you will act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
This role involves working closely with display silicon architects, test and product engineering, sourcing, and external vendor program management to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs to successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with world-class teams to deliver cutting-edge silicon for AR and smart glasses.

Experience supporting semiconductor programs across foundry, OSAT, or silicon vendor interfaces. Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or related electro-optical technologies. Experience managing programs with multiple external vendors. Experience working across time zones with international partners. Proficiency in program tracking and milestone reporting tools such as Smartsheet or Jira. Experience translating engineering status and risks into briefings for leadership. Experience supporting consumer device programs from prototype validation through mass production.

Education: B.S. in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
