Our client, a major bank in New York City, is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of transaction monitoring solutions on the Quantexa platform. In this position, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing data and analytics products. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, providing hands-on technical leadership across architecture, integration, development, testing, and release management.
As a leader within the team, you will mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the integration of Quantexa with enterprise systems to ensure operational stability, troubleshooting deployments, and staying ahead of platform advancements to drive innovation. This is a hybrid role requiring a commute to the New York City office 5 days every 2 weeks.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Azure experience supporting CI/CD and release automation (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), including environment configuration, deployment pipelines, secrets/permissions basics, and infrastructure-as-code exposure. Knowledge of financial crime, fraud detection, or customer intelligence use cases. Quantexa certification (or equivalent) and/or experience building reusable accelerators, connectors, and reference architectures.
