Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in related engineering field
- verified12+ years experience leading architecture, design, and integration of military and commercial full authority digital engine controls (FADEC) systems
- verifiedExperience driving long-range strategic planning process
- verifiedKnowledge of system safety principles and failure modes and effects analysis techniques
- verifiedExperience in full lifecycle development including system requirements, design, system-level integration, validation, and verification
- verifiedFamiliar with safety critical development including ARP4754, DO-178B/C and DO-254 or equivalent stringent process requirements
- verifiedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- verifiedStrong customer interface experience
- verifiedProven ability to provide technical mentoring
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in a related engineering field. Experience understanding aircraft missions and translating them into system use cases and requirements for engine controls systems. Experience in Digital Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML or equivalent), and Agile Mindset principles, practices, processes, tools, and techniques. Experience in applied Physics, Mechanical Mechanisms, and Electronic Circuits.
