Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. By prioritizing relentless hardware iteration, we deliver high-speed systems at the pace of the modern battlefield. We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage.
As a Teamcenter Systems Administrator, you will support and scale our Siemens Teamcenter environment across Engineering and Manufacturing operations. This is a highly operational, user-facing role focused on enabling efficient engineering data management across the organization. While you will support Siemens NX users and CAD-related workflows, the primary focus is Teamcenter operations.
You will work directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital Operations teams to ensure Teamcenter remains reliable, scalable, and operationally effective as the company continues to grow. This is not a passive ticket-based support role. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex operational issues, observing real user behavior, improving workflows, supporting releases, and proactively identifying opportunities to reduce engineering friction.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a multi-stage interview process designed to assess technical depth, operational mindset, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, a technical deep-dive into Teamcenter administration and workflow logic, and a final round with the engineering leadership team.
Hermeus is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are based solely on merit, competence, and qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
U.S. Export Control Compliance: The person hired will have access to information and items subject to U.S. export controls. Therefore, the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 (including U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
