About the Role
We are seeking energetic individuals equipped with excellent social skills who are driven to make a positive impact, one smile at a time. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and tending to customers in a prompt, efficient, and friendly manner. You will cross-train across deli, cafe, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring the store remains stocked, neat, and orderly.
As a team member, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards for food preparation, sanitation, and cash handling. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members and attend mandatory store meetings to stay updated on policies. This is a flexible position where you can work 4-to-8-hour shifts, 1 to 5 times per week, with the potential for a long-term career or full-time growth.
