As a Food and Beverage Ambassador at Grand Casino, you will be the face of our guest experience. This role exists to ensure every guest interaction is positive, from the moment they arrive to their departure. You will serve as a vital link between our guests and our operations, handling check transactions, food running, bussing, and host interactions with promptness and courtesy.
In this position, you will work directly with guests to ensure a positive experience at all touch points. Your day will involve managing seating rotations, communicating wait times, and resolving concerns quickly and courteously. You will collaborate with Casino Hosts, Food Servers, Cooks, and Supervisors to produce a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service. Whether you are preparing orders, maintaining a clean and sanitary dining area, or simply offering a warm welcome, your contribution is essential to our mission.
