As a Bartender at our resort, you will be the face of our beverage program, offering attentive and friendly service to casino guests and restaurant servers. You will leverage your thorough knowledge of craft beers to assist guests in making selections based on their preferences, offering tastings and explaining menu offerings. Your day-to-day involves mixing proper ingredients to prepare cocktails, espresso, and other beverages using established proportions and appropriate glassware.
Beyond drink preparation, you will manage the bar environment by maintaining a clean bar top, ensuring workstations are stocked and sanitary, and utilizing daily checklists for opening and closing procedures. You will also handle cash transactions accurately, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure all service adheres to MAST training guidelines. During downtime, you may collaborate with our brewer to help fill kegs, and you may be called upon to serve guests in the dining room if needed.
To join our team, successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain specific regulatory credentials, including a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State, a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card), and a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
