About the Role
As a Team Leader MRI, you will oversee nursing care within our MRI department, coordinating safe imaging workflows and supervising clinical staff. This role exists to ensure that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care aligned with our mission. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and acute care teams to support staff development and drive quality and safety initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day
In this position, you will supervise daily MRI nursing operations to ensure safe and timely imaging services. Your day involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, IV access, and monitoring during procedures, while responding to emergencies within the MRI suite with appropriate clinical interventions. You will also mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, while participating in scheduling, staffing, and performance feedback.

Requirements
