The teaching environment requires physical mobility appropriate to the grade level, including standing for long periods and the ability to move about the room to facilitate instruction and assessments. Teachers must be physically capable of relocating classroom equipment, such as textbooks and desks. The role also demands the ability to maintain emotional control under stress while managing student behavior and discipline in accordance with board policies and administrative regulations.
