Futures start here. At KinderCare Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share. We operate research-backed, accredited, and customizable programs in more than 2,000 sites across 40 states and the District of Columbia. As we expand, we are matching the needs of diverse communities from coast to coast, ensuring every family deserves access to high-quality child care.
When you join Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher and think bigger, you will be leading the way toward inspired learning. As a Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while modeling behaviors and providing mentorship to less experienced staff. You will partner with parents, center leadership, and community contacts to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, helping to bring our mission of exceptional experiences to life every day.
We believe every family deserves access to high-quality child care, no matter who they are or where they live. Because we believe in the power of community, you will come for the work and stay for the people. We are dedicated to helping our employees navigate the integration of work and life, offering a supportive environment where you can thrive alongside the families you serve.
