About the Role
When you join Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. As a Teacher, you will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing feedback. You will implement our curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you will be leading the way toward inspired learning. You will cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners, supporting your center's success in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
