Compensation Note
Teacher starting salary is $48,700. Additional Referendum money is available for the next four years, starting at $7,730 for the 2025-2026 school year. Teachers hired during the school year will receive a prorated supplement amount based on the date of hire.

DCPS' Office of Economic Opportunity is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Eligible for Florida Department of Education Certification; 3 years experience with autism/behavioral needs for ESE Certified Behavior Analyst; Board certification as a Behavior Analyst for ESE Certified Behavior Analyst; 5 years classroom teaching experience in exceptional student education for ESE Intervention Representative; and 3 years experience working with students with disabilities for ESE Lead.
