Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead client relationships and provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to technology and life science industries
- check_circleConsult on technical tax matters including corporate taxation, accounting methods, and ASC740
- check_circleOversee tax planning responsibilities and review complex research for business transactions
- check_circleSupport the professional growth and development of team members and assist with recruitment efforts
- check_circleRepresent the firm at key community events, firm functions, and industry meetings
- check_circleManage client engagement staffing, billings, collections, and ensure profitability targets are met
- check_circleParticipate in developing tax service market positioning, branding, and strategy with leadership
- check_circleResearch tax issues, respond to IRS inquiries, and make strategic recommendations to clients
- check_circleCoordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state, local, international, and R&D tax matters
- check_circleNetwork and build relationships to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue through RFPs
Requirements
