About the Role
As a Tax Preparer in Managed Operations, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and small businesses achieve financial success and compliance. You will conduct client interviews to gather essential information, review financial records, and explain tax return outcomes. Beyond preparation, you will offer tax planning advice and ensure all documentation is filed correctly and securely. The role requires collaborating closely with other tax professionals and office staff to maintain a seamless workflow, with opportunities to assist in mentoring junior staff and supporting marketing execution.
Work Environment
