About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Tax Manager to join our Madison, WI, office. You'll step into a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise and consultative approach will drive tax solutions for clients. This is a consultative role where you'll lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional value.

In this role, you'll adopt a consultative mindset, guiding clients through complex tax challenges with precision and care. You'll manage complex engagements, lead and mentor a talented team, and build meaningful relationships with clients who rely on your strategic guidance. Work Environment & Culture

Our schedule includes standard hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with busy season expectations of 55+ hours per week.
