As a Director in the Financial Services Tax team, you will lead the way as a technology-enabled tax advisor. Your role is to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. You will set the strategic direction for the team, lead business development efforts to drive growth, and oversee multiple projects to achieve top-quality outcomes. Proficiency in tax issues for multinational US banks, experience leading project management teams complying with FATCA and FBAR, experience leading and managing business development opportunities, experience developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships, experience preparing and presenting complex written and verbal documents, experience leading teams to generate a vision and establish direction, experience utilizing automation and digitization in professional services, experience evaluating and negotiating new and existing contracts, experience leveraging pricing tools to contribute to pricing strategies.
