GRVTY is seeking Target Analyst Reporters (TAR) to support critical Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) missions based in Wahiawa, HI. In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link in the intelligence cycle, providing SIGINT analysis and reporting that directly supports national security objectives.
As a TAR, your day-to-day involves synthesizing complex data into actionable intelligence products. You will research, analyze, and report on information gathered from passive and active collection, network evaluations, and collateral sources such as IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and open sources. Your work ensures that government personnel have the timely developments, trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness needed to execute their missions effectively.
You will collaborate closely with collectors and analysts to refine requirements and maintain awareness of customer needs. A key part of your responsibility is performing pre-release quality control to ensure all issued products accurately relay target developments, countermeasures, and courses of action. Additionally, you will help develop databases and working aids to enhance target knowledge and improve the overall collection strategy for GRVTY and its IC partners.
