Alternate Ending Beer Co. is dedicated to crafting exceptional brews and fostering a welcoming community space. As a TAPROOM HOST, you become the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience.

About the Role

You will serve as the warm and welcoming face of the brewery, greeting customers upon arrival and guiding them to their tables. Your role extends beyond seating; you will act as an information hub, sharing details about upcoming events, our beer menu, and the brewery's story. You will manage reservations, handle phone inquiries, and coordinate Doordash and to-go pickups to ensure smooth operations.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a neat and organized host stand while assisting with merchandise sales. Success in this role demands the ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating patience, problem-solving skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for Alternate Ending and the craft beer industry.
