About the Team
Resolution Think, LLC is recruiting for the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Human Performance Team (HPT) to support the US Army's transformative approach to soldier readiness and well-being. This position sits at the forefront of a cultural shift within the Army, emphasizing both physical and non-physical aspects of soldier performance. About the Role
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC), you will be dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing strength and conditioning programs that enhance physical performance and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries. This role requires a unique blend of skills aimed at improving the individual and team performance of soldiers within Brigade (BDE), Battalion (BN), and Company levels. You will work closely with soldiers and leadership to ensure a holistic approach to soldier readiness, collaborating with medical authorities to develop training programs for soldiers with physical limitations and guiding them on injury prevention and recovery.

Selected candidates must hold current certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), along with BLS or CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement strength and conditioning programs compliant with NSCA CSCS and FM 7-22 standards
- check_circleOversee training programs to enhance soldier physical performance and reduce musculoskeletal injury risk
- check_circleConduct physical assessments to identify improvement areas and tailor programs to soldier needs
- check_circleManage equipment operations and report deficiencies to the Brigade Performance Director
- check_circleProvide mentorship and training to unit fitness leaders and the H2F Integrator
- check_circleGuide soldiers and leadership on injury mitigation strategies and proper exercise techniques
- check_circleCoordinate scheduling of facilities and support specific training events
- check_circleRefer soldiers with potential medical issues to appropriate healthcare services
- check_circleDocument and monitor soldier and unit progression while suggesting system improvements
Requirements
