About the Role
As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is what matters most. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up. You will be physically active throughout your shift, patrolling sensitive environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. Your mission is to ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property by spotting suspicious activity, verifying identities, and reacting quickly to threats or incidents.
Hiring Process
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
