We are seeking a self-driven Systems Engineer to support multiple programs involving systems engineering (SE) and digital engineering (DE) initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical direction to junior engineers, project managers, and technicians while guiding clients through the implementation of actionable plans derived from complex guidance.
You will act as an advocate for digital engineering both within the organization and in the broader technical community, helping clients understand Air Force DE requirements and applying advanced technical concepts to solve complex problems. This position involves working with all levels of employees to support multiple clients, primarily government entities, and developing a reputation as an expert in the field.

MS in engineering field or an MBA. 5 years' experience working in systems engineering. Systems engineering degree or certification. 10 years' experience in systems engineering. Direct experience with USAF Flightline maintenance processes, systems, and/or data. Developing solutions architectures. Supporting an AFMC program office in engineering role. Operating in Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management (PLM) system. Working as systems engineer with project leadership responsibility. Experience with digital thread/digital twin application or implementation. Experience as systems engineer in DoD, NASA, aerospace, or automotive industries. Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills. Experience with formulating/authoring Government contracts and completing technical evaluations.
