About the Role
Step into an exciting, modern company to support national security in a mission-critical environment. As a Systems Specialist, you will provide essential operations and maintenance (O&M) support at an undisclosed customer site in New Mexico. This role is vital to sustaining a 24x7x365 shift operation, ensuring the continuous functionality of tactical ground processing systems.
You will work as an embedded team member within a multi-contractor operations environment, directly supporting the customer's mission operations. Your day-to-day involves resolving network, software, and hardware anomalies, performing system troubleshooting, and managing file transfer protocols. Additionally, you will support onsite integration and system verification efforts for hardware and software deliveries while strictly adhering to established configuration management and security controls.
Location & Schedule
This position is 100% on-site in an undisclosed location in New Mexico. The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, covering both evening/night and day rotations on a 5/5/4 schedule. While much of the time is spent on evening/night shifts, ample notice will be provided before rotating between shifts.
