About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying strong analytic and communication skills to assess system performance through detailed models and simulations. The position involves representing the organization on contracts and interfacing with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of related experience
- verifiedExperience with C++ or equivalent object-oriented language, Matlab, and scripting languages
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in two or more areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship required
