About the Role
Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles. You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your passion for purposeful innovation to assess system performance through detailed models and simulations.
In this position, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters. The role also involves providing direction on CI/CD pipelines, automating repeatable tasks, and mentoring early career engineers in the systems engineering activities required to deliver products to stakeholders.

- check_circleAutomate repeatable tasks through the use of scripting languages
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or related STEM degree
- verifiedMinimum 5 years' related experience
- verifiedHigh proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language, Matlab, and scripting languages
- verifiedExperience in two or more areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test
- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship required
