Are you passionate about applying your analytical skills to help defend our nation against air and missile threats? We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join a hardworking team of engineers who are passionate about providing high-impact analysis solutions to support our warfighters.
In this role, you will tackle challenging problems with technical excellence in a collaborative environment focused on sustained professional growth. You will analyze Weapon Control System (WCS) Modeling & Simulation results to evaluate system performance for fleet studies, flight test events, and system engineering studies. Your work will involve characterizing system capabilities and limitations, identifying trends, performing root cause analysis, and developing tools in Python and MATLAB to visualize data in innovative ways. You will also contribute to concept and feasibility studies to assist in the development of future combat system capabilities, produce technical documentation, and deliver presentations to program leadership and sponsors.

Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship, and candidates must be able to obtain Interim Secret level security clearance by their start date.

MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field. 5+ years of related professional experience. Proficiency with Python data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas). Experience in requirements analysis, design, and concept development. Familiarity with developing object-oriented C++ software in a Linux environment. Familiarity with software revision control systems (e.g., git). Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo). Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a desire to take on leadership roles for analysis studies. Working knowledge of the Aegis Weapon System and/or Weapon Control System.
