About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to support a large-scale digital platform modernization and integration transformation program within the QSR and e-commerce ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, focusing on loyalty platforms, customer identity, digital commerce workflows, and API-based orchestration architectures.
You will partner closely with product owners, architects, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications. Your work will ensure the seamless delivery of customer-centric digital journeys. The position demands strong experience in e-commerce, mobile applications, QSR operations, and API-driven ecosystems. You will drive Spec-Driven Development practices, utilizing AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirement elaboration and process modeling while maintaining strict business accuracy and traceability.
