About the Client
Our client is a leading Pacific Northwest utility provider deeply committed to public service and environmental preservation. They are seeking a System Administrator with specialized SCCM expertise to support their operations in Vancouver, Washington.
About the Role
This position serves as a critical bridge between internal IT clients and technical infrastructure. You will be the primary point of contact for telephone calls, voicemails, and emails, responsible for resolving or referring IT issues and tracking them through a central incident management application. The role involves running diagnostic programs for troubleshooting and monitoring purposes to ensure system stability.
This is a one-year renewable contract position that includes employee benefits. It offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where you will configure software, maintain documentation, and apply change control processes to support future growth.
