About the Role
The Senior Vice President, Content & Development leads the development of scripted content and programming for Telemundo Studios across all linear and streaming platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the studio's creative future, requiring a leader who can drive content strategy while fostering innovation relevant to diverse audiences.
In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison between programming, entertainment executives, and the studio, ensuring seamless collaboration from the development phase through project completion. You will work closely with the SVP of Production, Development Executives, the Commercial head, and writers to adapt and refine stories, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
A significant component of the role involves leading the development and content strategy across the studios. You will partner closely with the content, marketing, commercial, RS&I, and analytics/insights teams to maximize content development. As a key member of the green light committee, you will evaluate and approve potential projects, analyzing storylines and pitches to monitor the quality of each production.
