This position is designed to lead commercial and industrial lending efforts within a specific market area. You will focus on identifying and securing middle-market business loan growth while building a strong team of commercial lenders. Your mission is to make new inroads into the middle-market business community, showcasing Peoples Bancorp's capabilities and our intense interest in conducting quality business in the region.
In this role, you will create excitement around our breadth of product offerings and collaborate closely with other Peoples Bancorp business teams to capitalize on opportunities in the commercial banking market. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of a commercial banking team, fostering a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment. Success in this role requires leveraging internal referral systems, developing new business leads through professional networks, and advocating for our competitive advantages to prospective clients and the broader community.
