About the Role

As a Surveillance Security Ambassador, you will be the critical eye spotting threats before they escalate within environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, as your primary mission is to capture every nuance while scanning a series of screens. You will serve as the first line of defense, monitoring security systems to detect suspicious activity, analyzing systems for vulnerabilities, and responding quickly to incidents or potential threats. Success in this position relies on your ability to maintain focus, document observed events with detailed reports, and collaborate effectively with law enforcement during emergencies.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED. The selection process includes an extensive screening to ensure the highest standards of integrity and capability. We look for individuals with strong report writing skills, excellent eyesight, and proficiency with technology. While prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a significant advantage, we are committed to training and developing dedicated professionals.
