As a Surveillance Investigator based in Des Moines, IA, and the surrounding area, you will receive fully paid training to learn the ropes of the industry. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with billable hours, perfect for those seeking a dynamic career path.
In this position, you will conduct surveillance and activity checks, documenting video footage and relevant information both indoors and outdoors. You will drive safely in varied weather and traffic conditions, moving swiftly and discreetly to observe subjects while maintaining high standards of communication and confidentiality. The role requires adapting to changing circumstances and working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Overnight travel may be required for specific cases.
A typical day involves reviewing assignments to determine case objectives and developing action plans. You will utilize various surveillance equipment and technology to gather evidence, ensuring all documentation is accurate and detailed for potential legal use.
