Based at CoxHealth South in Springfield, Missouri, this position is a vital member of the Operating Room South team. You will function under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, performing a variety of technical and supportive functions to assist with patient care throughout the perioperative phase of hospitalization. Your work will be guided by hospital and departmental standards, policies, protocols, and procedures.
This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining personal effectiveness when dealing with various personalities, skill levels, and rapidly changing situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this multi-tasking environment.
