About the Role
This opportunity is based at a 250-bed Level 3 Trauma Center featuring a 32-bed surgical department. The position focuses on bread-and-butter general surgery cases with a patient volume of 7–10 per day. The schedule involves call-only shifts with a capacity of 24 patients per hour, including a 60% chance of callbacks.
The role begins between February 21st and 28th, with ongoing dates available. Candidates are preferred to be non-local providers. The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is MedHost. Delta Locum Tenens will assist with travel arrangements, credentialing, and will cover malpractice insurance for this assignment.
