About the Role
The Support Associate is the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization align with our vision of operational excellence. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support a team that values inclusivity and collaboration.
In this position, you will be the face of our "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience to our customers. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks: from processing merchandise and ensuring items are properly stored and ticketed to assisting with visual directives like floorsets and window changes. You will also play a key role in maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization while communicating effectively with customers, associates, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReorganize merchandise to maximize stock space and ensure timely product merchandising
- check_circleEnter receiving documents into the computer system and reconcile merchandise invoices
- check_circleComplete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and in a timely manner
- check_circleModel and promote personal service principles to offer a cohesive omni-channel experience
- check_circleProcess merchandise to ensure proper storage, ticketing, and location for sales floor replenishment
- check_circleProcess visual packet materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware
- check_circleParticipate in pricing changes, markdowns, and assist with visual directives like floorsets
- check_circleAssist with boutique cleanliness, organization, and alert management to cash supply needs
- check_circleCommunicate with customers, associates, and management using headsets throughout shifts
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedPrevious stock or cashier experience preferred
- verifiedMust be 18 years of age or older
- verifiedAbility to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Nice to Have
Previous stock or cashier experience. Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques.
