About the Role

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector invites you to bring your pioneering spirit to our collaborative teams. As a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Director 1, you will be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

In this role, you will own the coordination of SRM activities for key Tier 1 suppliers and drive strategic engagement, risk mitigation, and performance improvement across the Space Sector supply chain. You will develop sector-wide strategies, implement standardized processes and tools, and ensure transparent reporting of supplier performance to support the timely delivery of qualified hardware. This position requires a candidate who can lead executive communication, conduct on-site assessments, and mentor program subcontract managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Location and Travel

This role can be based in any of the major Space Sector locations. Please note that full-time remote work is not available for this position. The role requires travel, approximately 25% of the time, to assess supplier performance and maintain engagement across the supply chain.
