As a Community Health Program Supervisor, you will become part of a team focused on the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the Mobile Primary Care Van service. This role is vital for facilitating successful program delivery by working closely with internal and external partners. You will support clinical providers, perform assigned clinical duties, and drive program development, operations, and evaluation. A key part of your mission is ensuring data is collected accurately and that Community Medicine goals are met.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to and manage people from diverse backgrounds. You will be expected to organize and prioritize work assignments, facilitate meetings, and make community presentations. Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to collaborate with community and government agencies while maintaining a strong working knowledge of community, state, and federal programs.
