About the Role
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Job Leader / Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity supporting high-rise exterior restoration projects throughout Florida. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract specifications.
This position focuses specifically on exterior concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair projects rather than new construction. You will manage 3–5 concurrent projects while supervising 20–30 field personnel, directing work involving swing stages, scaffolding, and high-access equipment.
Work Environment
This is an active outdoor construction role requiring physical activity, including climbing, lifting, and navigating complex construction environments. The position involves working at heights using scaffolding and swing stage systems to ensure project success in challenging conditions.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Job Leader in exterior restoration or specialty construction
- verifiedExperience with high-rise concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair
- verifiedKnowledge of SIKA waterproofing systems, concrete repair mortars, and exterior coating systems
