The Art Youth Development Professional is a vital member of a team-oriented Club staff dedicated to serving youth and creating an optimal Club Experience. This position is designed to foster creativity in young people, providing them with diverse outlets for self-expression ranging from photography to hip-hop. The role ensures that youth development principles are woven into art programs, creating a safe, positive, and culturally diverse environment for members aged 6 to 18.
You will plan, supervise, and implement high-yield activities with a focus on health and life skills. By assessing the developmental needs and interests of youth, you will help members make appropriate choices regarding their education, career, and future goals. The role involves guiding and role-modeling for members, ensuring programs are safe, high-quality, and reflective of the Club's appearance and values.

To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to pass a DCF Level II background screening and a drug test. This screening is mandated by Florida Statute 435.12 and is conducted through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
