About the Role
As a Parking Attendant at Hollywood Casino & Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. Your day will involve greeting and assisting guests by directing them to open parking spots and helping them exit vehicles and the facility safely. You will actively patrol sections and lots to maintain public order, enforce safety rules, and look for interaction opportunities to build relationships with patrons.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean environment by sweeping parking areas and removing debris. You will monitor security cameras to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any issues to the proper authorities. Additionally, you will help guests locate their vehicles, resolve parking lot disputes, and provide quality support to other departments to ensure effective guest service.
