About Eastside Catholic School

Eastside Catholic School is a dynamic educational community where students in grades six through twelve integrate intellectual growth with faith-based learning. Founded by parents in 1980, we are the only seven-year, coeducational Catholic school on the Eastside. Governed by an elected board of trustees, we foster academic excellence, nurture meaningful relationships, and inspire students to become leaders committed to service.

Our comprehensive college preparatory curriculum is supported by a supportive, collaborative work environment that values extensive professional development and a strong sense of community.

About the Role

The Student Life Associate is a pivotal role within our Student Support Services, focusing primarily on grades 6-12 with a specific emphasis on the middle school experience. Reporting to the Middle School Assistant Principal and collaborating closely with the Director of Student Life, you will serve as a curator of positive culture and a champion for student well-being.

In this extended day contract position, you will design, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive student life program that nurtures social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Your day-to-day impact includes managing the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) athletics program, leading clubs and extracurriculars, and supporting the Mentor program. You will be the visible face of our values, present throughout the school day to connect with students, from supervising lunch activities and organizing grade-level events like the Silver Kite Intergenerational Project to leading character education lessons as a mentor teacher. This role is essential for fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility among our students.
