As a Structural Engineering Professional, you will serve as an integral member of our design team, entrusted with performing a significant portion of structural analysis and design for our projects. This role is designed for a seasoned engineer who thrives on independence while maintaining close collaboration with the Structural Lead, fellow engineers, designers, and cross-disciplinary teams.
In this position, you will help develop design concepts, execute complex analysis, and ensure structural requirements are accurately communicated through design documents and models. You will be expected to exercise sound engineering judgment, managing your workload and taking full ownership of your assigned scope. Whether serving as a Lead Structural Engineer for medium-sized projects or a Sub Lead for larger initiatives, you will be responsible for defining scope, forecasting effort, and proactively identifying and escalating scope changes to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Beyond technical execution, this role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills by providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to designers and less experienced engineers. You will be proactive in advancing workflows, systems, and tools within the structural discipline, embracing emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
