This Strategy & Communications Process & Implementation Contractor role serves as the operational backbone for the Strategy & Communications team. The position is dedicated to designing, establishing, and leading the governance frameworks and digital system support required to drive the Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP).
The core mission of this role is to ensure that strategic capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change. By embedding tools into existing habits and deploying role-based training, the incumbent will coordinate rollouts across interconnected workstreams, including the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP), IMCP, and IEP. This involves acting as the primary operational lead for IEP governance forums and serving as the business owner for the associated digital tools, ensuring alignment between strategy, IT, and vendor capabilities.
You will function as a central coordination point across global and cross-functional stakeholders, bridging the gap between evidence generation and external communication. Your day will involve managing the operational design and maintenance of the IMCP across Global Medical Affairs, ensuring a cohesive narrative from data to delivery. You will lead change management initiatives, handling stakeholder onboarding, communications, and training to reinforce new ways of working.
A significant portion of your time will be spent partnering with Strategy & Communications, IT, and Digital teams to define and implement system capabilities. You will oversee the rollout of new digital solutions, manage issue resolution, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain end-to-end visibility of IEP development, proactively identifying risks and translating high-level strategy into executable workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard evaluation process designed to assess both operational expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes:
