ECS Federal LLC is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Support Manager - SME to provide enterprise-level leadership for the Army National Guard's ENOCS program. This position serves as a critical partner to the ARNG G6 Strategic Initiatives Group, ensuring alignment with ARNG CIO/G6 priorities. The role exists to direct policy analysis, strategic planning, and governance coordination while advising senior leadership on IT strategy integration and investment oversight.
In this capacity, you will manage the production of strategic deliverables that meet strict classification handling requirements and Army documentation standards. Your work directly contributes to the overall mission readiness and cybersecurity compliance of the ARNG. You will coordinate with key stakeholders including ARCYBER, NETCOM, and CYBERCOM, integrating SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management into enterprise operations.

Active TS//SCI clearance. Certifications including GIAC Forensic Analyst, Ethical Hacker/CNDA, Network+, A+, and Security+. Advanced degree in Military Operations, Master's in Management and Leadership, Bachelor's in Political Science, or Bachelor's in Spanish. Experience with RMF-aligned initiatives and cybersecurity compliance. Strong understanding of Army documentation standards and classification handling requirements. Ability to manage complex enterprise initiatives to sustain mission readiness.
