About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the customer experience. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will act as an innovator, role model, and coach, fostering a dynamic, team-oriented environment where work is hard but fun.
In this position, you will oversee all store operations with a focus on maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed goals. You will also be responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring strict adherence to safety, security rules, and company policies. Additionally, you will ensure the store always looks its best.
